It's official now. We gave our approval for the HUD statement around 11 this morning, and by 3 we had received confirmation that the deed was done. Smith Park is no longer. The buyers have it now. Mr S-P seems relieved, and he made the blackjack dealer hand gesture for "I'm out," when it was done. Me, I am wistful still. I think I will go through some old pictures and make a greatest hits reel.
