When your marriage is in a weird limbo state of not really real anymore, but not totally blown up, when you're still friends and living together but not still the same college sweethearts you once were, you don't make big plans for your anniversary. He worked late and I stayed in ratty yoga pant capris and a tank top all day. Now it's past sundown, and we didn't have a big dinner. We had leftover watermelon from 4th of July, and honestly, it made my stomach hurt a little. Now we are going to go out to the hot tub and see whether the new iPad, new Wi-Fi router, and the new internet provider can make streaming our continuing Game of Thrones marathon play properly, not freezing and buffering every half minute. This is as much blogging as I'm planning on doing tonight.
