The bug I got has progressed rapidly through its stages. By morning it had filled my sinuses. Now, after a full day snoozing in my chair, it's loading up a U-Haul to move into my lungs. I did a covid test, and it was completely negative. No hint of a pink line. I do have a sinus headache and a low-grade fever. I took store brand DayQuil pills hours ago, and I'll be taking the night version shortly.
There isn't really much more to say. I'm fresh out of deep thoughts. I'm proud of myself for having just enough steel in my spine to make a ham sandwich for dinner. That's my crowning achievement during this process. Stay healthy, friends. This bug is a meanie.
